Since its inception in 1997, Friends of Castlewood Canyon has provided financial and operational support to the Park through fund raising, grant writing and volunteer recruitment and training.  A strong sense of mission and love for Castlewood Canyon has guided the Organization in its efforts to protect the boundaries of the Park, preserve its resources, and support educational and interpretive activities at the Park.
