East Canyon

1998 marked an important year in the history of Castlewood Canyon State Park. The collaborative purchase of what would later be designated as the East Canyon Preservation Area was a critical step in protecting the Parks eastern boundary and preserving the wildlife and other natural resources of the Park. Friends of Castlewood Canyon is proud to have been a part of this significant project in our first year of operations.
