Friends of Castlewood Canyon State Park hosts various events throughout the year to engage and entertain our community as well as raise funds for the betterment of the Canyon. We also assist in the planning and organization of many well-attended Park sponsored events.

Our Mindfulness in Nature Series continues this Sunday with a "Tree of Life" body scan. This is a fun one... we'll be meditating barefoot! We'll meet in the Juniper Rock parking lot at 10 AM and will go for an hour. See you there!

Exact Fri & Sat dates will be announced in 2022.   Castlewood will get a little spooky in anticipation of Halloween! Bring the kids.   Bring your friends.  Wear a costume.   Have some scary fun!

Castlewood Dam Ruins

Dam Day
