On Jan.1, Castlewood Canyon State Park  invites you to celebrate the new year.

​First Day Hikes offer a chance to start the new year off on the right foot by exercising in nature. Guided hikes, short or long.  And then we serve soup,  Always have a great time, no matter what the weather.

Enjoy an evening concert with Mark Cormican performing nostalgic John Denver tribute pieces and his own original songs as well as enjoying the beautiful views and sunset. Concert to be held at the Pikes Peak Amphitheater. Park at Canyon Pt lot.

Experience the thrill of the canyon at night as you wander the "haunted " portion of our Nature Trail from the Canyon Point Parking Lot. Warm up at the Hot Chocolate Station after you hike and learn about the creepy critters that call Castlewood home.
